Igniting creativity, learning, and play after school hours. For years, JHCM’s afterschool programs have been passionately sought out by our community. Our experienced educators inspire curiosity and creativity through hands-on activities that support every child’s potential.
Afterschool Lottery Registration
Program Dates: September 16th-December 17th 2026
Lottery Window: Opens Friday Aug 7th 2026!
Results Announced: Monday Aug 17th
Acceptance Deadline: Friday Aug 21st
Families will be notified of lottery results and must register to confirm participation. Scholarship spots available through One22.
WEDNESDAY AFTERSCHOOL
THEME: Time Travelers
GRADES: KINDERGARTEN-2ND GRADE
Time Travelers is a hands‑on, imagination‑powered adventure where kids journey through different eras each week. From dinosaurs and ancient civilizations to the world of tomorrow. Through creative building, storytelling, science experiments, and problem‑solving challenges, children become curious explorers uncovering how people live, create, and dream across history.
Where: The Idea Box (105 Mercill Ave)
When: Wednesdays, 3–5 PM
Cost: $420
Bus Drop-Off: Available
Cancellation Policy: 90% refund up to 1 week before program start.
THURSDAY AFTERSCHOOL
THEME: Time Travelers
GRADES: 2ND-5TH GRADE

HOSTED AT JACKSON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Offered in partnership with the Teton Literacy Center, these free, grant-funded programs extend learning through creative activities and academic support.
Dates: September 14- December 17th 2026
Location: Jackson Elementary School
Cost: Free (grant-funded)
Made possible through support from the Wyoming State 21st Century Grant, Town of Jackson, and Teton County School District.
