Registration:

The general lottery will remain open on a rolling basis for openings in the All Girls STEAM (grades 3-5) Summer Camp and waitlist spots. 

Starting January 29th, Experience Members can email info@jhcm.org 

with child names to be registered for which camps.

Fantasyland

(July 1st - 3rd)

Welcome to JHCM’s world of make-believe! Inviting all pirates, mermaids, wizards, and fairies for a playful exploration of our imaginations. In this camp, we’ll go on scavenger hunts, do silly science experiments, and create magnificent art. Campers will have plenty of time to sing songs, read stories, make new friends, and PLAY!

All Girls STEAM

(July 15th - 18th)

We’ll spend the week engaging in all aspects of S.T.E.A.M - including chemistry, physics, art and engineering! In this four day camp, S.T.E.A.M campers entering Kindergarten through second grade will discover new science skills and get to make and craft all week long!

Around the World

(July 22nd - 25th)

Join us for a series of science experiments designed to take children on an adventure around the world learning about different countries and cultures as they go along.

Crafty Creatures

(Aug 12th - 15th)

A camp for any human critters that love art and animals. Learn about the science behind animal adaptations, make animal costumes, build animal habitats, and use real naturalist skills to find animals in the wild! This four day camp is perfect for the curious, creative, animal lover entering kindergarten through second grade!

Builders go WILD

(Aug 26th - 29th) *1/2 day

 Taking inspiration from ourselves and surroundings then adding in the basic principles of building, this week's campers will become makers of *almost* anything they can imagine. This is a 4 day camp for rising Kindergarten through First graders!

All Girls STEAM

(July 8th - 12th)

We’ll spend the week experimenting, testing, building and creating as a team of female scientists!  We’ll spend the week engaging in all aspects of S.T.E.A.M - including chemistry, physics, art and engineering! S.T.E.A.M campers will get the opportunity to learn new skills and use those new skills to make and craft all week long!

Creativity Engineer

(Aug 5th - 9th)

Let your creativity go wild in this hands-on summer camp! Art, engineering, and creating all week long. With games and activities using toys we build together and learning fun art skills along the way! We will cultivate hands-on skills and use tools to make wild inventions come to life!

Spellbound Science

(Aug 19th - 23rd)

Explore the science behind swirling potions, disappearing ink, wand crafting, and magical pets! Use your creativity to decorate spellbooks and magic hats that match your unique and enchanting personality. Students will add to their spellbooks with science to try at home.

Our camp offerings this year were impacted by the move and timing of our facility build out at Mercill. We are excited to work with the community on new programs at our new space in 2025.

INVITATIONS TO REGISTER

Applications will continue to be accepted for 2024 Summer Camps and invitations to register will continue to be sent out on a rolling basis. Invitations to register may be sent out up to one week before a program begins.

Incoming K/1 Camps (4 days): $440, half-day $220
Incoming 2-5 Camps (5 days): $550, half-day $275
Members receive limited early registration.

DAYS AND TIMES
All Camps run from 9:00am to 4:00pm.  Thank you for your promptness at pickup.
​K/1 Camps: Monday- Thursday
2-5 Camps: Monday - Friday

You will receive a pre-program welcome letter prior to the start of camp with more details about the session and updated camp participation forms.

CANCELLATION POLICY

JHCM will provide a 90% refund for cancellations up to 3 weeks prior to camp. If a camp is canceled within 3 weeks of the camp's start date, no refund will be provided.
